Course Details
The Blanchard Management Essentials® public course is available in-person as a six-hour course (including lunch and breaks) or virtually as three two-hour sessions over two days. Both courses include prework activities and engaging participant materials, videos, and learning activities that teach the following concepts:
- Manager Mindset — the mindset required to be effective at managing
- Four Core Conversations — a framework for understanding the conversations needed to manage people and performance
- Communication Essentials — the key skills needed to boost relationships and work well with others
